Arwen Serpente. Blood Stone Island. A Name, and a Place that may or may not be familiar to you, but if you are a Low Caste Woman or a Peasant, then they will be familiar to you very soon.
I was blown away when I was shown this amazing Dress, which, lets face it…is actually better then some of the Clothing on the Market for around the price of $L400. In fact, this Gown was originally sold by Arwen for $L270, and was much improved when it became the Freebie at Blood Stone Island.
The Outfit includes Shirt, Pants, Gloves, Prim Shirt with Built-In Belt, Scarf with Rose Detail, and a Veil.
The whole outfit is wonderfully Textured, and the little details like the belt, scarf and veil make all the difference.
If I had to find fault, and to be honest I don’t think there is any, I would say the Rose on the Scarf didn’t seem to do it for me, and the Veils seemed very elaborate for a Low Caste/Peasant Dress. I think the “Slutress” Veils from Bina for $L1 (Yes, One Linden!) would be more suited to the outfit.

Thank you for the kind words regarding the BSI Free Peasant’s Outfit. It’s true it was taken from one of my now retired dresses and customized with improved shading and wrinkles for my friends at BSI. I’ve got several other free FW outfits around SL Gor: I just put out a cute Red Wool & Plaid outfit (originally sold for 350L, but has since been retired and I thought I would give it as a free gown) at my store at Turian Gate and Tabuk’s Ford (the original Peasant Gown is in the box, too). It’s an example of my first generation work, whereas my current work has much more extensive shading and texturizing, but well, it’s Free! I’ve also got a panther’s outfit and the original Peasant’s Gown on the docks of Northern Ushindi Lake Village at Doomed Isle. This outfit was a custom project for my friends at Doomed Isle since I don’t make any other panther outfits yet.
